Frequently Asked Questions
-
Are all your texts unique and handwritten?Yes. We are professionals that take pride in our work. And in the long run, copied, stolen or whatever content is not unique, will be bad for your business and therefore bad for our business.
-
Do I require to make a prepayment? No. We always deliver the work first, revise if necessary and then send out our invoices. With long-term partnerships, we often work on an invoice basis per X weeks (so for example, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly invoicing), as it reduces paperwork on both sides. We trust in our quality and ability to deliver and we also trust in our clients to pay.
-
How large can my content writing request be?Your content writing request can be as large as you want, our translators are capable of handling large projects of over 100.000 words within reasonable deadlines. However, deadlines may vary upon the workload of the translators. We work on a first-come first-served basis when it comes to offering deadlines.
-
Do you use AI/Software assistance to write texts? No. We do not believe that AI and/or software is reliable enough to provide us with factual and accurate content. To us, writing content is not about filling a quota of words, but providing valuable information to readers in a unique format. We also do not believe that AI and/or software assistance is a benificial way for our writers to work, as rewriting texts to a fitting whole often takes more time than writing unique texts.

Is my text going to be translated by a native speakers? The use of native speakers can be beneficial in certain translation cases. However, we do not always use native speakers for every translation. We do use native translators specifically when: - There is a high cultural dependency - There is a need for dialects - There is a need for specific localization - It is specifically requested, even against our advice In other cases, it is possible a non-native translator translates your text. However, all of our translators have in-depth cultural and linguistic knowledge. We ensure quality in your translations by picking the right person for the job.

Do you use machine translation/AI for translations?Sometimes, depending on various factors. We believe machine translation is an effective tool to speed up processes and increase quality of translations. However, we believe machine translations and AI tools are not capable of handling context and nuance as well as humans, so we will always translate ourselves while treating the software as an assistance tool.
